backup win10 vm with pxe boot, how to boot without pxe

Hi folks,
i'm a bit of a noob with proxmox. i'm pulling my hair out with anything windows on proxmox....
i have a pxe boot win10 vm (he uses pxe boot in his setup, i do not) that a friend gave me and I was able to get it booted once. I dont remember my config. I have a brand new installation of proxmox.

heres the backup config i want to boot;

how can i configure this and get it to boot on a fresh proxmox installation?
