backup failed: connection error: Connection timed out (os error 110)

I recently setup PBS on a public cloud and have been getting these errors when trying to backup "larger" VMs(over 50GB).
VMs less than this size have been backing up without issues but I keep getting issues with larger ones. I finally was able to backup a 64gb VM after a few tries but haven't been able to backup any larger.

Can anyone help me diagnose this issue?

Nevermind, it was a network issue. Firewall was blocking incoming requests from this server.
Not sure why smaller VMs were still able to be backed up.

It wasn't the firewall. I'm still experiencing this issue.

Might be a timeout problem.
Using a api-token to authenticate might help.

You mean use api authentication instead of username/pass?

I tried that and still see the issue occasionally. I think the issue might be unrelated to PBS.

Thank you, glad to know that I'm not he only one.
Will put this fix in and report back.
