proxmox 8.3

Upgraded to 8.3 the other day and now when I go to update via GUI or shell I am getting the following error output. I have tried rebooting, I've checked the source list to make sure they are all referencing Bookworm, ran the Post Install Helper Script to make sure I'm on the no subscription...
