I am trying to decide the best backup plan for my ZFS array on my Proxmox host. I originally thought I would just set up a simple raspberry pi NAS with two 10TB WD drives and set them up as RAID0, but it turns out due to the 32-bit operating system, I can't get past 16TB total storage for a GPT...

So after some searching, simply running zpool import media allowed me to see the pool again! Why does it keep disappearing when I reboot? It doesn't seem like I should have to run any special commands when I boot up to get this to appear.

Also, when I check the status I see this--do I really need to destroy my pool? I have 10TB of data in there......

After a few more reboots, the command you gave me does not seem to work anymore... I run systemctl enable zfs-import-cache.service and nothing happens, and when I type zpool status I get a message that says there are no pools available. What else do I need to do? Why did it stop working?

I run everything as root in this particular container. I did crontab -e And then @reboot expressvpn connect

N No, not for running the expressvpn command. It worked when setting up the tun device (the other post), but not in this case or trying to run expressvpn. I'm not sure why since it is just trying to execute a command. Any other ideas?
