Hello!

I downloaded Proxmox VE 3.1 and installed on a test virtualbox on my computer, but I can't get the web interface running! I mean if I type it on my web browser it says there is no connection!
Also I installed it on my dedicated server and the same problem. Can anybody help me please?
Thanks!

you connect to https://youripaddress:8006?

Can it be the problem that my dedicated server have no DHCP activated? I had to manually configure the network files...

Hi,
no - the server _must_ use an static IP address - dhcp is not an valid option.

What is the output on the server of following command:
Code:
netstat -an | grep -i listen | egrep "^tcp"
brctl show vmbr0
ifconfig -a
Because the nmap command you can try to define the right nic like eth0 with
nmap -e eth0 -p 8006 ip.of.you.pvehost

Hi,
there wasn't an problem I guess - all commands are only to find the issue they canged nothing.

Because of password: Do you use Linux PAM as Realm? Only with this Realm and root/password you can login in an standard installation.

Look with following command:
Code:
grep pvedaemon /var/log/syslog
