Migrating Windows VM to new PVE cluster

You have to take care of the licensing, there is not technical limitation in PVE.

At least a couple of years ago, a sales rep told us that you would need also software assurance in order to run it in vitualized environments. I don't know if this is still true or if it only applies to Windows Desktop VMs. Maybe check first.
