ZFS Cache Drive removal

So what I have is a zfs disk that has two cache drives on it and I would like to remove the smaller one listed below. There are no errors on on them. Can I remove it while it has data cached on it? There are 70+ vm's and containers running on this server so I would rather not have to reboot it or all the vm's.

Can I remove it while it has data cached on it?

Yes, L2ARC is an additional cache that only stores non-dirty blocks. Removing (or rebooting) is just file. After a reboot the cache will be populated again, so you will loose any data on it anyway.
