Hello,

we have a proxmox 5 and made an upgrade.
the boot is on 2 disk raidz10 and we have other disk for ceph.

the machine has rebooted and entered in "grub rescue".
we load a live cd and execute the following commands:

zpool list Screen Shot 2018-01-30 at 11.47.38.png

zpool list import -rpool

That probably means that the pool is available and working but how to rebuild the grub?
Thank you for any help!

Does the emergency boot from the install cd bring it up normaly?

Does pointing the legacy boot to the other disk make a difference? (grub-install for fun too)

Does turning on uEFI along with Legacy boot help your MB bios find the Legacy boot partition?

@Rob Loan Thank you for your reply.
No, the emergency boot from the cd didn't bring it up.
I opted for the radical solution and reinstalled the node :)
