Add a network sender 69.46.118.1/28 in whitelist on "Configuration>Mailproxy>Whitelist" so that it would be ignored in the RBL filter but it still continues to reject emails. What else could I be doing to cause the IP to be ignored?

Log:

2024-04-19T14:58:06.638412-03:00 aspmx1 postfix/postscreen[681598]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from [69.46.118.14]:57949: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [69.46.118.14] blocked using dnsbl.spfbl.net; from=<noreply@xxxxxxx.com>, to=<xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com.br>, proto=ESMTP, helo=<colo4.xxxxxxx.com>

hm - please check the logs - my guess is that postfix ignores the entry as you have hostbits set in the CIDR - try 69.46.118.0/28 instead of 69.46.118.1/28

I hope this helps!

I tried as per the tip, but I wasn't successful either. So I put the IP only 69.46.118.14, but without success either. Below are the logs:

2024-04-22T11:40:37.023138-03:00 aspmx1 postfix/postscreen[1108387]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from [69.46.118.14]:63172: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [69.46.118.14] blocked using dnsbl.spfbl.net; from=<noreply@xxxxxxx.com>, to=<xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com.br>, proto=ESMTP, helo=<colo4.printaudit.com>

I have the same issue.

I have whitelisted an IP address in Mail Proxy -> Whitelist -> IP address (Sender) and it keeps blocking the emails coming from that IP address.
