hello,

I am trying to download in CT Templates the turnkey-core, but I get a network/DNS error... I am not an expert in proxmox, not in networking... anybody can suggest how to fix this error, please

so far I have:

current situation:
  • Network:
    • eno1 -- Network Device -- Active: Yes
    • vmbr0 -- Linux Bridge -- Active: Yes -- Ports/Slaves: eno1 -- CIDR:192.168.1.100/24 -- Gateway:192.168.1.1
  • DNS:

From the Shell I can:
  • Ping 192.168.1.1
  • not ping google.com
VMs within the node have all access to internet without any problem...

what am I doing wrong?

what dns server are you using in your containters/vms? maybe they get a different dns server via dhcp? can you use 192.168.1.1 as a dns server?

I do not have any DNS in my LAN... it is a home lab server :)

I have tried with 192.168.1.1 (which is the router), but no luck with that as well..
