why do you disable KVM?
KVM is needed to Windows.
This is really depending on the manufacturer. Most DEL or F10. Please Read the Mainboard manual.how can i start mainboard bios settings on start with proxmox ?
Are you running Proxmox in a virtual environment (Oracle's Virtualbox for example)? You will have trouble getting Win 2008 to work under those setups. Use an actual physical box.
