pls post your vm setting and your software version:

1. qm config VMID
2. pveversion -v

please connect via your SSH client to your Proxmox VE host, then fire up these commands.

Code:
400 Parameter verification failed.
vmid: type check ('integer') failed - got 'VMID'
qm config <vmid> [OPTIONS]

seems you have:

A) not the needed hardware with VT support
B) or you did not enable it on your mainboard bios

search the forum for "No accelerator found", you will find many posts.

Are you running Proxmox in a virtual environment (Oracle's Virtualbox for example)? You will have trouble getting Win 2008 to work under those setups. Use an actual physical box.

its a kimsufi ks-1. I couldnt manage to enable VT-x so i quit :)

Looks like these kimsufi ks-1 does not support VT.
