VM rate limit based on IP

Hello There,

Is it possible to rate limit (network) an VM on a static value except for certain IPs so that the assigned IPs bypasses the network rate limit?

Probably a "real" (possibly virtualized) router with traffic shaping is needed for this.

I have not tested this, but I am fairly sure that (for example) OpnSense would be capable of doing so - https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/shaping.html
