VM dont have internet access

Hello everyone,
I reinstalled my proxmox server, which is hosted on herunter, yesterday. I noticed that when I create my VMs, I can't get an internet connection, and therefore can't use them properly.

As I said, the problem only started occurring after I reinstalled everything. The entire system is up to date, and I've applied all important system updates.

i think this only relevant to pve not the datacenter manager? (if yes, i'll move the thread to the correct forum)

could you please provide a bit more info?

how is the host & guest network configured? what tests did you run? (ping, traceroute, etc.)
