[SOLVED] Problems when try installing USB Modem drivers (StarTech.com)

Hi all,

I'have problems to install a usb modem in any Windows vm's

When I use the original driver cd
It's keep me promting (The specified location does not contain information about your hardware)
The device cannot start. Code 10

This message come up in any vm’s I have, like Windows xp, Windows 7 etc etc…

Proxmox see my modem without any issues.
And under Linux the modem seems to be working fine.

Just to test, have you ever tested it on a physical Windows machine to see if it even works on Windows?

I have done that.
The device are working now for some reason. Maybe it’s have something to do with passtrough, it don’t know.
