So 3 servers with crossover cables.
1 -> 2
2 -> 3
1 -> 3
Each server would need 2 network cards, aside from any separate network connections. This would be strictly for cluster traffic.

It should work great, I've done similar creative networking in the past.
I'd pick up 3 Brocade 1020 cards to link each node with 10GbE. Ballpark $200 including cables.

I would guess it's don't work!
For clustercommunication all cluster member must be in the same network! An in this case you have different networks...
