Uploading ISO

I'm sure this is quite trivial, but I just can't see to find where to click!

I'm trying to upload the VM ISO so I can install it. This was easy to find in 1.x, but where do I do this in 2.0?

At the moment its not included. It comes soon.
You must upload the ISO manually with Filezilla or and other SFTP CLient to: /var/lib/vz/template/iso/

Is there instruction on upgrading to a new beta release, or do I just boot off the newer version and it'll patch automatically?
