Hi,

I'm in the process of upgtading my home lab Proxmox to 8.X but I'm currently running into a problem not being able to update from 7.4-13 to 7.4-15 as the "pve-no-subscription" repositories update fails with:

Reading package lists... E: Failed to fetch http://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/pve/dists/bullseye/InRelease 401 Unauthorized [IP: my ip subtracted] E: The repository 'http://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/pve bullseye InRelease' is no longer signed

I'm guessing the "no longer signed" is due to the 8.X release? Or has the repository url changed?

What's the preferred method to update from 7.4-13 to 7.4-15 (and proceed with the 8.X upgrade as 7.4-15 is required in the update process) if the bullseye repository is gone for good?

Thanks!

Hi bbgeek17 and tom,

Thanks for the replies. As I mentioned, I've been using the "pve-no-subscription" components. Up until recently it has been working just fine (for couple of years).

But your answers got me double checking and the repository has indeed been changed.

my old configuration:

deb http://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/pve bullseye pve-no-subscription

new conf:

deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bullseye pve-no-subscription

Everything is working as expected. So I'm guessing the enterprise.proxmox.com (with http) is no longer usable for non paying users (which is understandable). I just didn't find the info about this change anywhere.

Thanks again!
