Hi,
I am building out a few LXC containers that need read/write access to files served from a UNAS Pro and am looking for guidance. The containers are all unprivileged and I plan on mounting them using Proxmox and then binding them to the containers. My concern is how to handle uid/gids properly without requiring Kerberos.
Off the top of my head, I was thinking of doing the following.
- Create a user on the UNAS Pro with a specific uid/gid
- Mount the NFS share on Proxmox
- Create a user on each container with the same uid/gid
What `Content` setting should I use for the NFS share?
Do I need to map uid/gid somehow?
I've done NFS mapping the hacky way a long time ago and would like to do it right.
Thanks!
