Unable to connect unless I "refresh" the connection

Hi everyone,

I have a weird one: sometimes I'm unable to connect to my Proxmox webui unless I, for example, connect and disconnect a VPN on my PC. Then it starts working without any issue and I haven't figured it out why this is happening.

I have a VM with home assistant on it and I'm unable to ssh to proxmox from it unless for example I start to ping proxmox and then try to ssh. In this case it works fine. I think it's related to the first scenario.
