Spf+ 10G Port on Stage Ceph cluster

Hello,
i'm planning to build a 4 Nodes Ceph cluster for staging.
I wold like to test it using 10G .. but 10G BASE-T switch are very expensive.
I have find cheaper Switch but Spf+ ...
My question is, can i use Spf ports and switch ?
Could i have some problems using it ?

We using here also cephcluster with 10G. No SFP, only normal cat6 cable and cheap two netgear 8port 10G switch version2. Working very well. SFP and SFP-Switch are two expensive this time for such little clusters.

Hi,
I had some pve-cluster with 10G-SFP+ nics (Intel 540) - work without issues.
SFP+ has lower latencies like 10G-BaseT (if the switch is fast enough ).
