Greetings,

Imagine that user@gmail.com sends a message to 20 users.
Message gets high SA score and is moved to spam quarantine.

You are the admin and needs to release it.
First, you need to track the message, write down all the receivers, go to spam quarantine and use that drop down E-mail field going up and down to select one user. You cannot even paste the address there.

My ideia is a way to search across all user quarantines by sender and release all the messages.
Maybe from command line?

Thank you

Right, but user will only known that the message was moved to quarantine and had the option to release on the next day by the spam report.

User can always access their quarantine section, either by using an old quarantine ticket link or their LDAP login (if you have LDAP).
If you need your spam emails always immediately. just do NOT use the quarantine - just mark the subject and let the email users filter them via their email client/server.

I believe the suggestion to have a Proxmox Mail Archive would solve many topics. It would be possible to use Proxmox Mail Archive then also as receiving and sending mail server with smtp auth and IMAP access to the Mail Archive. Also that would allow to easy learn spam or ham, release quarantine etc.
