I'm new at PMG and come from Sophos UTM.
PMG works fine but I have some suggestions to improve TrackingCenter:
1) Change the order of messages displayed: the most recent entry should always be at the top (sorting table doesn't work with refresh)
2) automatic refresh of website e.g. all 30sec. or user-adjustable ;-)
3) Some easy filters by check-box: display only accepted, rejected or blocked messages and resasons of blocking (e.g. who/what/when objects) - pls have a look at Sophos UTM
4) filter to hide double-bounce@pmg requests
