[ SOLVED ] Network configuration

Hello. I'm currently setting up a proxmox cluster over 4 nodes. Each has Duel xeon e55xx, 32gb ram, a single 64Gb SSD and 4x 10/100/1000 NIC's. We also have a SAN w/LSI MegaRaid card and a pure SSD storage array. Our plan is to run 2x iSCSI and 2x Public both running off redundant power, switches, etc for true HA. My question is what is the best option for active/active failover on the public interfaces?

I read over the link you gave me but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

Currently I have 2 Public Ethernet devices for each node. Each of these devices run off of separate switches. How can I make these 2 devices redundant (ie: eth0 goes down, eth1 picks up traffic for nodes bound to eth0).

I read over the thread you suggested but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.

I was under the impression that when bonding links, if one link dies within that bond, all connectivity is lost?

Hi,
normaly not. See the different bond modes: http://unixfoo.blogspot.de/2008/02/network-bonding-part-ii-modes-of.html (wikipedia has just an problem, therefore another link).
Perhaps you must also configure your switch for the right mode.
