Our company had problems getting the PDM Licence Manager to work from a migrated VM (VMWare ESXi).
It worked perfectly fine when installing PDM Licence Manager 2025 on Windows Server 2025 in a new VM.
I went a bit above and beyond.

But it should work fine by adjusting the following

When solidworks EPDM license manger is moved to New hardware, such as a migration it needs to be reactivated, maybe reach out to your VAR.
