Smartctl: advice on bad sectors

Hi,

I'm receiving one mail almost each hour from my pbs instance, saying

Code:
Device: /dev/sda [SAT], 1 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors

If I run smartctl -a /dev/sda (it's the zfs disk with the OS on)

Code:
root@pbs1:~# smartctl -a /dev/sda
smartctl 7.2 2020-12-30 r5155 [x86_64-linux-5.15.85-1-pve] (local build)

Selective self-test flags (0x0):
After scanning selected spans, do NOT read-scan remainder of disk.
If Selective self-test is pending on power-up, resume after 0 minute delay.

That seems to imply 0 bad sectors (197 Current_Pending_Sector 0x0032 100 100 000 Old_age Always - 0).

How to properly debug the drive and/or silence the mail if everything is actually ok?

Thank you.
