I need to shrink a VM disk from 70GB to 55GB, the disk is a .raw
The VM is a windows 11 and its storage is already 53GB

You can boot the VM with GParted Live and shrink the partitions. Or create a second virtual disk and copy all partitions to the new (55GB) disk and remove the 70GB one afterwards. Sorry, I don't have any experience with Windows 11.
