Seeking Advice: Supermicro H11SSL-i + AMD EPYC 7551P for Proxmox & AI

I'm looking to upgrade my very old Proxmox setup to something more powerful. My primary use cases include:

Learning AI, training models (medium size mostly), running agents, and hosting Ollama.
Running Jellyfin for media streaming.
Running LXC containers for Linux/Windows Server testing and learning.
Using Docker inside VMs to deploy Python scripts for internal services.
Mining Monero.

I'm considering purchasing a Supermicro H11SSL-i motherboard paired with an AMD EPYC 7551P CPU from eBay. However, I've seen some videos mentioning compatibility issues with GPUs on this platform.

Additionally, I noticed that some setups require a special torque screwdriver to properly install the CPU onto the motherboard. Is this mandatory for this specific setup, or is there an alternative?

Before making the purchase, I'd like to ask:

Has anyone successfully used this combination with modern GPUs (e.g., NVIDIA/AMD) for AI workloads?
Are there any known issues with Proxmox on this hardware? problems GPU passtrough? NVidia vGPU?
Any recommendations or alternative setups that might be a better fit?
I appreciate any insights or experiences you can share.

My budget is 650$ tops.

This CPU is ZEN1, buy something on zen2 or zen3 arch. It will be much more faster and less problematic (zen1 has strange numa architecture - if i good remember). But look for motherboard (you need v2): https://www.supermicro.com/en/products/motherboard/H11SSL-i.
