Replace unavaib disk in promox server - zfs pool

Hi everyone,

clearly i am doing something wrong because every blog post/forum i read has almost the same instructions.
my skill level is 5/10 - still learning, first time had the disk failed

zpool replace pool_name full_old_disk_path full_new_disk_path
zpool replace rpool /dev/disk/by-id/dev/disk/by-id/ata-ST4000DX000-1C5160_Z1Z00X7K-part3 /dev/disk/by-id/ata-WDC_WD40EFRX-68N32N0_WD-WCC7K4RU953R
This is the cmd i ran and i keep getting the error
