Hi everyone,
I have a supermicro server as a video recording server and recently migrated to Proxmox from ESXI, the network connections on server are as below:
Nic0 connected to switch x (HP aruba 2930) and Nic1 connected to switch Y same brand and model. I have an issue in redundancy of this where my config is eno1 and eno2 are in bond0 and in active-backup mode and eno1 is primary interface, then vmbr0 is passing VLAN 2128 and 2144, my management vlan is 2144 so I have vmbr0.2144 with my management IP configured in it. Now everything works fine as my recording VMs are on VLAN 2128 and both interfaces are up. if I drop any of my interfaces down then I would have the ping of VMs, I can connect to web UI for management, but I would not have any of my recordings or cameras coming up in live or recorded with my VMS app. In previous hypervisor ESXI I had the same topology and switch configs and the redundancy was okay. Does any one have any idea why am I facing this issue?
Thank you.
