The issue is that in BZ your colleagues do not like to be "spammed", i.e. updating BZ items with "bumps" or even additional information too often. I also started my thread explaining that + it is a list of items anyone interested in might comment on or get their attention to BZ.
If you want me, like others, to instead bump individual forum threads (i.e. multiple threads) after sometime the issue has been inactive, I can do so, but I considered this the least disruptive.
