Hello there! I couldnt find a answer here, so i will try to explain my question.

I have 2 proxmox 4.4 servers into a datacenter
1 cluster with this 2 nodes.
1 NAS at home with 500Mbit connection and iSCSI option.

VM's are on both servers on the disk (NO DRDB or NAS).
So, its not HA. But thats not a problem for this moment.

the question is, do i need a quorum disk (iSCSI from the NAS?) ?

So yes, do i use the setup from this page? (Quorum Disk Configuration
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Two-Node_High_Availability_Cluster)
but without the HA settings? or maybe you all have a better suggestion / website?

tnx in advance.

I understand, but i dont have a budget for a new server.

So, i could make a cluster:
2 servers and 1 synology in my datacenter
1 proxmox server at home? (Rasberry pi?))
Could it be a problem when the connection between my dc and home disconnect?

Hi,
this would not work - the latencie is to high to get quorum.
You must put your raspberry in the DC.

Wauw! Good option mitch! I will try this (virtualbox on synology)
Question.. when i reboot my nas with the 3th proxmox host.. could this be a problem for HA? What kind of behavour do i get?

I could reboot my servers sequential without problems?
Tnx for this advice!
