hello cant upgrade it says

Hi,
telling from the apt update output, you seem to be missing the standard Debian bullseye and bullseye-updates repositories. See here for an example configuration.
 
This can't be fixed from the GUI. You need to edit the configuration file manually.
 
Compare it with the example configuration I linked to to see what you're missing (or simply copy that and re-add the pvetest repository if you really want the test repository).
 
What is the output of

pveversion -v
