I'm running PVE (pimox) on a Raspeberry Pi OS 64bit.
One VM is Home Assistant which runs Wireguard VPN add on. Wireguard works fine when i try to connect to local devices such as my router (192.168.1.1) or raspberry eth0 (192.168.1.136) but cannot ping vmbr 192.168.1.204 or connect to Home Assistant VM 192.168.1.205.
I dont have any Firewall enabled on proxmox and also i tried for hours many Wireguard configurations without lack. In the past i was running HA with docker (no proxmox) with the same Wireguard configuration and everything was fine, so i guess there is something going on with pve.

Well, Pimox is nothing official (from the Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH) and therefore not officially supported at all.
Also the userbase of it here in the official Proxmox community forum might be really really small.
Not going to say, that your problem has something to do with the fact that it is Pimox...

Finally i gave up..I've spend almost a week on this issue..and without really useful answers from forums etc. I guess, it has to do with pimox as you say, because it's too common to use wireguard with proxmox with noonee mentioning this. So, i just went with Tailscale and everything worked surprisingly easier.
