Proxmox VE API to create cluster

Hi!
I'm trying to use Proxmox VE API to init a cluster, but I've failed to find such API. So how can I find such API?(I want to use python to call such API)

take a look at the API Viewer, more specifically these two endpoints: [1, 2]
