[Proxmox VE 2.1] Adding local hard drive?

Hello there,
i am looking to add a local hard drive to my new install of Proxmox VE 2.1, i have no VM setup or running at this time!
now that being said i have been looking online and your forum here and can not find what i am looking for or a good how to
i ask you not to link me so someone else's post that is not done or that it did not work, as well as i looked on your wiki "http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage_Model#LVM_Groups_with_Local_Backing". i could not find one for you 2.1.

anyhow could you tell me how to add a local hard drive to a node for Proxmox VE 2.1 and a walkthrough that is up-to-date would be nice.

Hi,
adding an local hdd hasn't changed since years (it's normal linux doing). So feel free to use the find options in this forum or in the pve1.x forum.
