Example - I have 3 server and Ceph for Proxmox HA. It is using 1 Disk per server.
Now, if I have to add a new VM to its isolated storage on 1 new disk per server, but I want that VM to also have HA feature.

Is it possible that I can have VMs working on two different Ceph and can work with HA?

Means-
VM1 on Disk XX on Server 1, Server 2 and Server 3 --> using Ceph XYZ
VM2 on Disk YY on Server 1, Server 2 and Server 3 --> Using Ceph ABC

Proxmox HA is able to work on different Ceph together

Technically you can create a pool for each vm and configure a replication of 1 in this pool. Then, you would have a disk per vm, but without any redundancy in the hardware/disks.

In this case, it would make more sense to use zfs.

That's "defect by design" from the beginning. Been there; done that!

For a good and useful Ceph experience you really need want some more resources: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/fabu-can-i-use-ceph-in-a-_very_-small-cluster.159671/

Edit: my first sentence may sound a little bit harsh. Sorry, if that's the case for you as the reader. I just wanted to state that it is simply not a good idea...
