ExtJS 7.0 changed default from previous bottom-right to top, but bottom-right was always wanted, was just not set explicitly.

Pls advise when this fixes will apply to PMG 7?

A pmg-gui package with version 3.0-5 has just been uploaded to the pmgtest repository, it includes the fixes applied in git.
