Proxmox is unstable

Not sure what have happend but I have problem with my proxmox
I trying to copy alot of file from the proxmox that have a windows 2019 server to another proxmox that have ubuntu.
I did start with that yesterday and today when I was going to see how it work I just get error and can't access GUI.
The terminal just say and I have to run a reboot from proxmox.
And when I start up it again it show wrong IP address when it say I can now access GUI (it say 192.168.1.56 but the right address is 192.168.1.19)

Feel a little strange if proxmox can't handle alot of file traffic?
have look inside the Syslog but not sure what to look after?

Have read that it is unfortunately quite common that it can mess with intel network cards.

Trying now with the workaround right now

ethtool -K vmbr0 gso off gro off tso off tx off rx off rxvlan off txvlan off sg off

Yes, unfortunately. I'd recommend in buying another NIC, which is not e1000 based.

Actually, any servergrade hardware besides e1000 should work out of the box. I have never had any problems with that.
Maybe a firmware upgrade of the NIC could also work. Having the newest firmware and driver version certainly helps a lot.
