Proxmoc CT not able to start after shutting down the node

not sure
Hi @tejasthakur123 , did you read https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#chapter_pvesr + https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#storage_zfspool?

After preparing identical storage on all nodes you'll find the configuration for "replication jobs" in the WebGui.

Best regards

Btw: using "classic" USB-Sticks as storage for VMs is a really bad idea. Except - perhaps - for testing some mechanisms. If you are forced to use USB use some better SSDs or NVMe.

Not sure if this is right .

Yes, the guest is now replicated to the other node. If you really want to make sure, just check that the disk images/snapshots are present on the other node with zfs list. If you want to use replication for HA, I'd suggest using a much shorter replication interval. Because in case of a node failure, you can lose the data since the last replication (if you don't manually salvage it from the failed node)! Replication is incremental, so shorter intervals are usually not that much more expensive.
