Problem with key "/" on the Numeric Pad.

I created a lot of virtual machines with windows xp on my proxmox server and on everyone I have the same problem.
When every user wants to use the "/" key on the numeric pad a "-" is written. I do not know why is this behaviour.
Does this problem happened to anyone? I've been trying lot of things but with no result.

Here "/" is written as "7"
and "*" as "+"
in WIN7 and XP KVM

Check "Datacenter/Options: Keyboard" settings.

What keyboard do you use?

Here German (de).
The same settings in the KVM and in the vm.conf (keyboard: de).
The rest of the keys works correct.
