I add a shared iSCSI storage with a NAS QNAP

When I want to configure a LVM on top of iSCSI, I have this message "connection error - timeout" and the node 1 with VM and storage display in grey question mark in the web UI for 15m. The node 2 is with normal status. But after the node return normal, the LVM Storage not add.
Any help is greatly appreciated
