PMG 5.1 import domain list from 4.1

Hi.
We use about 500 domains, which are defined at PMG 4.1 as a one text field.
How to import these domains into PMG 5.1, without having to add 500 records by hand?

Yes, I've already did, but the backup does not restore the domain list, only the rules.

Do you have any script that could import number of domains, or we have to do this by hand?
