Please, I need Urgent Help!

Hi guys,

Today is a very sad day because a co-worker died of heart attack yesterday night.

He was the responsible person for our company Proxmox installation. I have little troubleshooting knowledge in Proxmox plataform and a virtualized e-mail server got messed up today.

I have a HA of two Dell R720 servers running mostly Linux guests, but this server is a Windows Server 2012 running Smartermail Server.

Today it is running extremely slow and I have no idea what to do. I tried everything.

Is there a official paid support here, that can have a look at my server? Or do you have any tips to what should be checked?

PS - It is extremely slow to the point of the e-mail service not running.

But your problems is not necessarily related to Proxmox it could also be a Windows problem. Have you had anybody with knowledge in Windows Server 2012 Smartemail Server look over your server?

Hi,
perhaps trouble with the storage system? In this case you get normaly high load-values (check with top) and errors inside /var/log/syslog.

But in case of Windows guest I would shutdown the VM and start again...
