[SOLVED] PCIE Passthrough. ( No IOMMU detected)

I am new to Proxmox and am having some trouble setting up passthrough.
I have made sure that Vt-d and all other settings are enabled in bios.

I have edited the Grub file and reloaded and rebooted, but proxmox is still telling me that IOMMU is not enabled.

So any help from someone more knowledgeable is large appreciated,
added output and a picture for more context.

You most likely edited the wrong file, as you might be using systemd-boot. "/etc/kernel/cmdline", is probably what you want to be editing. Have a look here:

but I figured it out, I put the intel_IOMMU command incorrectly. I forgot to move (") so that the command was active
