After reading the below sentence in the release notes we decided to change from VMWare to Proxmox and Proxmox Backup Server:
"""Single file-restore support for VMs that use ZFS, or LVM internally - accessible from GUI"""
Now, mid in Migration we run into a massive Problem with the following setup:
- VM running TrueNAS 12.0-U6 using ZFS Pools which are shared within the Windows ADS
- Everything runs fine, also Backup works great.
Trying to use "File Restore" on the partition holding file, ends up in
proxmox-file-restore failed: Error: mounting 'drive-scsi1.img.fidx/part/["2"]' failed: all mounts failed or no supported file system (500)
