two questions:
- is this patch in the latest "no-sub" pve 4.3?
- if not how can I test it. I have a Skylake E3 and can't find one of my pci-e devices.

why do you think this patch has something to do with "missing" pci-e devices? (yes, it was merged upstream and is still contained in our kernels)
