Passed IDs keep changing

Hi

I'm currently experiencing hardware issues. I am having to change things round to try and get things working; plug in a GPU etc

Is there any way to avoid the ID of passed pcie & bridged network device changing?

Each time I plug in I have to currently switch items to get things to work, and modify my networking conf

What about passed Pcie, is there a method to keep the same ? 05 changing to 06 for example
