One host in cluster keeps sending incomplete emails

I have an 8 node cluster. I have configured the cluster to send notifications to my local smtp server. I also disabled the default sendmail target. I have one host that keeps sending incomplete emails to my MX record, not my local smtp server. Is there a configuration I need to check on this host somewhere? I am looking for some direction on where to look to find out why this is happening
 
Could you share the notification config and mail logs from the affected node, ideally with the same output from a working node for comparison?
