ntpd - Is the NTP daemon working in 64 bit Proxmox?

After Login on root console, I get an unsolicited message on console

2 questions come to mind, if you are aware of this issue:

1. Has this been reported to Debian as a bug?
2. Does this affect this system's ability to have current time and to server current time?
