Hello Community,

I'm a little bit confused. For testing I'm using Proxmox 7 in my VirtualBox with PAE/NX and Nested VT and bridge Networking ... so far so good and all other versions before works well for testing.

Now, while the installation process I can ping and reach the Proxmox HV with my IP (eg 172.16.12.60) after the installation and reboot the hypervisor I can't reach the machine with ping and have no access to the web interface.

Maybe known problem incase of this?

Have you read over the guide for installing Proxmox VE inside VirtualBox (in particular the network considerations section) [1]? From the console of Proxmox VE, could share the network configuration, by posting the output of 'cat /etc/network/interfaces'? Could you also provide the host computer ip address and subnet?

After a fresh installation of pve some mintues ago. My home network is 172.16.12.0/24 and the 172.16.12.140 is a free ip address. The network configuration from virtualbox machine is already in bridge mode.

My computer ip address is 172.16.12.46/24

It's only with pve. When I install Windows Server 2019 RDP works fine for example.
